Oxlo’s executive management team is made up of seasoned veterans of entrepreneurial software ventures. Software previously developed and marketed by this team is used around the world today supporting collaborations, workflow, application integration and trading partner integration.

Jim Lejeal - Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Jim is Oxlo's co-founder, Chairman and CEO. Prior to founding Oxlo Jim ran Lejeal Investments, a private equity firm located in Louisville, CO, where he co-invested with local venture capital firms in 10 investments.  One investment, The Dante Group, was acquired by WebMethods in 2003. Prior to Lejeal Investments Jim was a co-founder of Raindance Communications, a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: RNDC) where he held the positions of COO and CFO.  He led Raindance's fundraising efforts (raising $170M in capital culminating in Raindance's IPO in August 2000) and led operations, customer support, sales, marketing and finance efforts.  Raindance had over 400 employees and annualized revenues in excess of $40M at the time of Jim's departure.  Prior to founding Raindance Jim was co-owner of Link-VTC, a Boulder based video conferencing company that was acquired by Global Crossing.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of Rally Software Development.  Jim has an MBA from Loyola-Marymount University and is a Distinguished Graduate from the US Air Force Academy.

Kelly Hickey - Director of Finance and Corporate Controller

Kelly Hickey brings more than 15 years of finance and accounting experience for both public and private companies to Oxlo.  As Director of Finance and Corporate Controller, Kelly leads both Oxlo’s compliance initiatives in the area of Gramm-Leach-Bliley and information security, as well as all finance, accounting and human resource affairs for the company. Prior to Oxlo, Kelly served at SpectraLink Corporation in various finance roles including both Assistant Controller and Director of Financial Reporting and Compliance, with responsibility for SEC filings, M&A, planning, tax and SOX compliance.  Kelly began her career with Arthur Andersen LLP, an international public accounting firm, where she served as an audit and business advisory manager and participated in IPOs, acquisitions, international accounting and other key financial transactions for a range of clients.  Kelly attended the University of Colorado, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Marketing.
