Bob Gill

Mr. Gill serves on the Board of Directors of PAR3 Communications and is Chairman of Universal Access Corporation. Mr. Gill was previously on the board of Newgen Results Corporation, a software/services company in automotive retail and was Chairman of Aerie Networks, Inc., a telecommunications services company. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Gill was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MobileForce Technologies, Inc., a software company. Prior to MobileForce, Mr. Gill was President and CEO of ConferTech International, Inc., a teleconferencing services and equipment provider that was sold to Frontier Corporation.

Mike Lombardi

Mr. Lombardi is currently Senior Vice-President of Sales for Travel Centers of America. He was previously the Executive Director of Dealer Services within the Global Marketing unit at Ford Motor where he was responsible for the company's internet portal activities for all of its dealer network as well as the portfolio of automotive brands (Ford, Lincoln-Mercury, Jaguar, Volvo, Land Rover and Mazda). Prior to Ford, Mr. Lombardi spent 18 years with British Petroleum where he was heavily involved with the company's automotive and product service segments, including ProCare, a 125 store chain of auto repair facilities.

Jim Roche

Mr. Roche has over twenty years experience in developing products for automotive dealers and in managing keys areas of those businesses. Previously Mr. Roche was President and CEO of Ocentrix, Inc., a start-up which developed an ASP Dealership Management System. While at Ocentrix, Mr. Roche re-focused the company on the development and completion of the Ocentrix 360 platform and created CODA (Consortium for Open Dealership Architecture). Ocentrix was acquired by AIM Data in July 2004. Prior to Ocentrix, Mr. Roche was Vice President of Product Management at Autobytel, Inc., and led the re-focusing of Autobytel on the retail dealer industry and the creation of the RPM CRM product. Prior to Autobytel, Mr. Roche was President of Carabunga and was SVP of Operations at Newgen Results Corporation. Newgen and Carabunga were acquired by TeleTech Corporation in 2001.
